30 Lbs In 6 Months This is it!


OK I am going to be 50 this year and I have decided this is it I want to be down to my normal weight by then thats 30 lbs so thats 5 lbs a month I think this is doable so wish me luck!

My Goals:
My weight is at a high of 195 and my goal is to be down to 150 in March of next year.

To drink at least 8 oz of water

To stick to my diet

To stick to Exercise 3 x week.
