Introduction Text This journey is not just a passing fancy but a lifestyle change that I really want. I start off doing good then fall back down. The inspiration is there but I lose my motivation. I often am overcome with being tired that I give in and say tomorrow then stop. I have let what others have said about me within earshot and behind my back to get the best of me. I let me down. I am back up to 300 lbs .... A place I loathe! The good news is ....I will not stop until I have reached my goals. I am tired of starting over! With my recent health issues it is a motivator but I am focusing on what I want my outcome to be.

The next 30 days starting today, I want to work on adding more exercise at least 30 mins. By the end of 30 days, I want to exercise at least 4 days a week. Week 1 4/14 - 4/20: Exercise 2x Week 2 4/21 - 4/27: Exercise 2x Week 3 4/28 - 5/4: Exercise 3x Week 4 5/5 - 5/11: Exercise 4x

I am walking a mile 3 days a week. I walk 10 mins at work twice a day Mon - Friday.

I am a mother of 4 children; a 25 yr old girl and 23 ,22 and 15 yr old boys. I live in Austin TX and work at an OB/GYN group as a Credentialing Specialist. I love to write poems, short stories and songs, read and dance. I also like to fish, but haven't done it in a long time.
