    CONGRATS on making it to goal!!! Have you tried adding in 100 calories a day and maintaining your regular exercise routine?

    I am always going to track everything. I've seen so many hit goal, become over confidence and they come back later on having of gained. I do not wish to be one of them.

    Nikki! I'm so happy for you! What an accomplishment! I was wondering if you want to share on the 5:2 chat what worked for you? Did you count calories every day? If so, how many calories did you stick with? Did you do 5:2 along with timed fasting (16:8 or something like that)? Anything you want to share would be great! emoticon emoticon
