    Thanks for the tips on starting with yoga. The introductory class I'm thinking of taking consists of four weekly sessions, and during that time I can attend any other sessions at the studio at no additional cost. I'm looking forward to trying a Friday-night restorative yoga session, which one of my friends says releases all the bad energy at the end of the week. Your blog was so encouraging, and again, thank you.
