I just saw your post on the thread asking about the WIi Fit. We have one and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!
I definitely think it's worth the money. There are "games" that you play and your forget you're working out. It keeps track of how many minutes you've done. And, it allows you to weight yourself and keep track of your weight loss. It also has good Yoga and Strength training exercises that really work! Some of the Aerobics "games" are heart pounding like the hula hoop and the step-aerobics. I do it during the day while Emory is napping; but Greg and LyAnne join me at night and we challenge ourselves to beat each others scores. It's real fun!!
If you can afford it, it's well worth the investment, trust me!!
