Introduction Text I don't know what to say maybe the saying "If at first you don't succeed try try again?" I really don't want to give up. I lost 20 gained 20 and I'm stuck. I guess I can't say I've been trying everything I can to be successful because I'd be lying. One step at a time, one day at a time.

Simple, longevity and health. I had heart surgery in 2003 and need to lose weight before my next one. I lost 30 lbs and gained 50 during my recovery.

Get away from processed food and focus on making and cooking my meals. I'm practicing how to be positive to myself, instead of putting myself down all the time.

My name is Theresa, living in a very remote area in Alaska with limited resources and food. I'm usually shy at first but outgoing after I get to know someone. It's hard to ask for help but I'm practicing.

Help me I've fallen and I'm stuck on the wheel of the wagon, going round and round and up and down!!!!
