Thank you so very much for stopping by my blog. Your suggestions are great ones. I am usually the one that is the problem solver having been in the customer service and research industry for years. But for some reason, this one is getting the better of me. I have been on the phone again today and by the time I am finished with Wally World, they will be changing their policy. I am tired of them getting to confiscate my money immediately while I have to wait for their mistake to be corrected for 10 days. Hmmm I wonder how they might feel about giving a shoplifter 10 days to "fix their mistake". Not to mention that I have an interest bearing checking account and they are earning interest during this 10 days on the money and I am not. I am just exhausted. I sign fraud papers in the morning and I have called the BBB. I will send a certified letter tomorrow as well. But as for the yelling in the store, well, too many of their employees are friends that I have made over the past 8 years since moving here. I don't want to taint that friendship. And, well, I am not known for losing my temper. I have a tendency to lock myself in my room and cry through things rather than have a verbal fight. But....we shall see what happens.
