Hi , I am a nurse who always put others before myself and I have decided to now focus on my self. I have struggled with my weigth most of my adult life. I am ready to make a change. The changes that I make will be slow and gradual. I do not do well with a lot of restrictions.

My goal is to be the best me I can be. That means being as healthy as possible and too look and feel as good as possible.I AM SLOWLY ADDING MORE ACTIVITIES TO MY ROUNTINE
My Program:
I plan to cut back on concentrated sweets and to increase my activity level. I plan to set small goals for myself...when I look at the big picture it seems impossible.

I LIVE IN MONTGOMERY ALABAMA. I AM THE MOTHER OF A BEAUTIFUL 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. I AM THE TT OF TWO BOYS WHO ARE LIKE SONS TO ME. I HAVE FOUR SISTERS.
Other Information:
I LOVE TO READ AND BAKE. I THINK MAYBE THE SECOND HOBBY GOT ME INTO TROUBLE. MY FAVORITE AUTHORS ARE E.LYNN HARRIS. BEBERLY JENKINS, ZANAE, AND KIMBERLY ROBY LAWSON.
