What a blessing to be able to reach out to the enrollees of Doctors Direct Healthcare,Inc. and anyone else who is interested in investing into a more healthy, well balanced life. I am an RN, certified as a Case Manager working in Disease Management. My Goals:
Let it be known that my goal is to not only get to my ideal BMI. I want to work this year towards growing into to more positive person. Happy, healthy and complete 'DIVA'

My Program:
 My program that I have been following since October 2009 ties in several different diciplines. Weekly follow up via phone and e-mail with my providor, Pilates and Zumba Classes once a week in addition to cardio weekly as well. Water, water and then some more water! No sodas, saturated sweets or high sodium foods.


Personal Information:
I am gleening my strength from my peers, family, doctor , patients and God. Without these people I would not be the person I am growing into.

    Tried getting posts in the team room but none respond such a disappointment...

    Well take care I will check the team room occasionally
    I have asked a few questions there about nutrition and health.

    Due to our total membership of 248 members in the Doctors Direct Healthcare Team we are pleased to have monthly articles for review in hopes of proactive discussions on the team members end. A lot also goes on behind the scenes where members are reaching out in a more private manner via e-mail through spark, phone calls or requsting face to face meetings. The support starts off with us reaching out to you in hope that you will respond requesting more information concerning what specific needs you may be having at that particualr time. Please feel free to e-mail me through SparkPeople if you have any further questions or concerns I have help you with.     Was wondering why, if you you can tell me, does no-one post in the Doctors direct healthcare topic centers??

    it is very rare that I see anything posted as it is supposed to be supportive and active community I see articles to read and send to another persons emails and that is about it.
    Where is the Support? where is the encouraging words?
    Well no matter i was just wondering.

    News Recently went to Doctor and had another sugar test done, no signs of diabetes as was a concern when I began the program through husbands work.

    Sticking with the program on spark it seems to be working I am losing weight and feel pretty good now to combat the depression cycles. emoticon
