I'm going to be a healthy Grandma!
I'm a 65 year old newly retired nurse who has been on a roller coaster with my weight for the past 40 years. Life in general has also been a roller coaster but right now I am truly blessed and want to get fit so I can enjoy life to the fullest.

My Goals:
I obviously want to lose weight and plan on succeeding this time, but my main goal is to gain energy and spend the rest of my life having fun with my husband, daughters and grandchildren!
My Program:
I'm going to try to eat a well balanced diet and exercise more. I'm also going to write down everything I eat as I have been fooling myself far too long. I used to subscribe to that age-old theory that if nobody sees you eat it, it doesn't count. Guess again :)
Personal Information:
I'm a born and raised Hoosier, currently living in West Lafayette. Mother of two daughters, two step-daughters and four (soon to be five) grandchildren. Love to read, play the piano, golf (hope to be able to comfortably walk 18 holes someday) and travel.
