Focus on health not on weight.

Fruits and vegetables: Breakfast smoothie = 4 servings of fruit, dinner = 2 serving
Fish (preferably oily fish, like salmon): At least two 3.5-ounce servings a week
Fiber-rich whole grains: At least three 1-ounce servings a day (1 Belvita bar, 1 slice 5 grain bread snack)

Other dietary measures: Net carbs less than 100 daily
Sodium: Less than 1,500 mg a day
No regular pop, only diet water and diet pop

Earn 100+ SP per day
Read one SP motivational article daily
Work 2 calendar challenges daily
Work 3 SP challenges
Yoga practice 18 min yoga

Daily specific parts exercises :knees,
feet, sleep apnea,, carpal tunnel,
Sleep minimum of 7 hrs
Strength training:
10 min activity daily

    Good morning. Sorry to be MIA but been extremely busy with my mom's house remodel. My mom was here for the weekend and I gained 6 pounds. Now it will take me forever to take it off.
