Hello there, I'm 73 and off to a good start losing 30 lbs. I am getting the tracking down. I need to lose 60 or 70 lbs, but my first goal is 30. I've been tracking everything for 8 days, but no improvement yet. I just got serious about reclaiming my self. I have back problems, etc., but I'm going to try to belly dance anyway. At least get the moves down. I hope if I go slow, it will strengthen my back, help me lose weight, and get somewhat of my body back. I don't know how that can be done after 70, but I guess we'll see! 677 days ago
