Introduction Text Hello. I'm back after a long absence and some setbacks. I had a lap band for six years and did well with it. Because of complications, it was removed almost two years ago and my weight has been going up since then. I've tried diet and exercise and that doesn't seem to be enough for me to achieve and maintain a healthy weight that I'm comfortable with. I'm undergoing bariatric sleeve surgery and am hoping that tool along with diet and exercise will help me achieve my goals. This site was such a source of support during my weight loss journey that I'd like to turn here again.
