Hi There, I have recently injured my knee in a sports game. When it was being assessed it was found that I had significant osteo-arthritis in my knee joint - meaning that I have to re-evaluate all my previous life style which contained sport sport and more sport. :(
During re-hab for the knee, I quickly put on 3kg in 4 weeks and I could see that if I didn't do something NOW, I would have real problems as one of the most important things with arthritis is weight control.

To do pilates daily
To do strength exercises etc daily
To keep up with cardio-exercise - ensuring that they are arthritis friendly.

I am completing the eating programme and fitness programme.
