my goal is better health, and a more fit, toned, in shape, more flexible, powerful, athletic, positive, full of energy... ROCKIN' body!
I am 52 years old. i am 236 pounds, but not for long! i know this is a lifetime change, and i am ready to commit! i obviously have to do something about my health and weight, cuz i don't have a magic wand to wave the pounds away!
Just like everyone else, it is hard to find strength to work, do family things, housework AND ...
my goal is better health, and a more fit, toned, in shape, more flexible, powerful, athletic, positive, full of energy... ROCKIN' body!
I am 52 years old. i am 236 pounds, but not for long! i know this is a lifetime change, and i am ready to commit! i obviously have to do something about my health and weight, cuz i don't have a magic wand to wave the pounds away!
Just like everyone else, it is hard to find strength to work, do family things, housework AND work out. i am a perfectionist, which makes it hard, when i screw up (which is more often than i would like).
i tore my ACL, and other knee damage about 9 years ago, and i still have a mental wall that prevents me from the "animal edge" i used to have... and getting older makes it more of a challenge, too. i have never had so much support as i do here on sparks, i know i can achieve my goals here with all my friends! i hope i can help others reach their goals, also.

Recording everything I eat, and staying within ranges, and get in 8,000 steps a day
my begin weight is 232.8
goal weight 160lbs
do plank for 2 minutes, and do 50 push ups and 3 clap push ups, and 30 crunches doing each in 2 min... be able to do 3 pull ups, 3 chin ups
