A New Beginning
Losing weight is HARD. I'm just trying to not go (too) crazy while doing what I can to lose this weight and man, that's tough.
Sanity for me is screaming to my playlist while I'm working out (it really helps!).
In August 2008 I started seeing my doctor to help with losing weight. After 6 months of losing consistently I hit a plateau. 11 months later I'm still working that same plateau (it's a BIG one!). At some point something's gotta give and it WILL NOT BE ME.

I'll be running my first race this year, in July. A 5K to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I'm really excited about it!

Personal Information:
I'm American but left the US in 2005. Now a UK citizen, happily married and finding my place in life. Working on my confidence and stepping outside my comfort zone - pushing myself to become the best ME possible.
Other Information:
I love all things Sci-Fi, gaming, reading, shopping, web dev/design. Bath and London are my favorite places - other than a hot, sunny beach with a blue ocean (and my bed). I love music, I used to sing.
