Thanks for your message on my wall!

Y'know, sometimes going away on holiday can be so exhausting! In fact, on the rare occasions we go away for leisure purposes, we both feel we need a holiday to get over it. Ha ha!

If we have days out, we try to do them on Saturdays so that we have Sundays to just chill out by ourselves! We're a bit pathetic really.

I hope you have a relaxing and refreshing holiday-at-home, and get to see some of your marvellous locale too. Any idea where you might visit?

I think you're doing so well with your personal challenge, I really do. I'm so happy you're feeling more energised, and even it's nothing to do with your current way of eating, it's still great news. I hope you do manage to find a happy medium, which fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

Also, I do think that if you're going to have things like bread, butter, etc. then have the good ones, and really, really enjoy them!

Before I was vegan, one of my most favourite treats was wholegrain toast with real salted butter. Cold, and well-done toast. I never saw the point of having butter on hot toast - it just sinks in and makes the toast soggy... may as well just have bread! LOL!

Butter on hot crumpets however, are another matter entirely! Omnomnom!

Girls after my own heart...for sure. Dinner time, what?! When we eat is driven by the stuff jammed into the day...100% in for nothing down the gullet after dinner. Day two, sweet success!!! How about you? May today be a whole lot nicer and cooperative for you! emoticon

I figure the time is up to us individually, for me personally, I'm going for nothing after dinner, Dinner here could be 6 or it could be 8, it varies. So nothing for me after dinner!
