Introduction Text The tale of a little spark who turned into a roaring fire: In June of 2007 I signed up on SparkPeople at the suggestion of one of my best friends. I was looking to get rid of the last 10 pounds that I'd accumulated, which I did. Yay! =} However, having gone through some emotional stresses (divorce, job loss, moving to another state, etc), I lost more weight than I'd planned...Yikes! =( I became *really* active on SP in October of 2007 by keeping tabs on my nutrition, & exercise habits. I feel GOOD about myself & my life! Whoo hoooo! I've gained MUSCLE & am becoming FREAKISHLY STRONG! =} WATCH OUT WORLD! Being nominated as a SparkPeople Motivator the summer of 2008 brought tears of joy to my eyes. It's an HONOR that I cherish and take very seriously!! ~~Thank you to my fellow Sparks who have been so incredibly encouraging & supportive. YOU ROCK (Yes *you*)!! ~I want to continue on the right path of eating well & keeping fit! ~I'm working on gaining STRENGTH spiritually, emotionally, and physically! ~My MAJOR goal for 2009 is to begin studying again to become a Certified Personal Trainer! ~NOW IS THE TIME!!

Hi! I'm KB. :) (aka KaeBeth) I'm an amateur photographer& have also taken up painting (acrylic) as kind of a "therapy". I also sing, write, and work as a private-duty caregiver. I LOVE football!!
