    I use mixes from Podrunner.com. The mixes are free to use, however the company is supported by donations if you so choose. There are mixes from 120 bpm to 185 bpm and every kind of mix in between for supporting HIIT, training for 5,8 and 10k runs, etc. I understand there will be new additions added this year at slower bpms for those in recovery mode that need to really ease into it. I wouldn't use anything else for my walks or workouts.

    The Red Hatter team is for anyone who is already part of a Red Hat Society group, or anyone who would like to part of one.
    My own RHS goes out to lunch once a month, and also participates in local projects (making Linus Blankets, donating books to a classroom, for instance).
    We are a gathering of women enjoying each others company. One can dress in purple and wear a red hat (for those of us over 50) or lavender outfit with pink hat (for those younger than 50.)
    It's a small team that used to be very active. Would love to have you join on in!
