Introduction Text I decided I wanted to start running again. I ran cross country and track in school, and just truly miss the freedom of running. Also after being married for 16 years and now divorced, I am hoping to start having a social life again some day.

I really let my weight get out of hand over the last 15 years. I decided about 18 months ago, I needed to do something about my weight. I lost about 70 lbs, then got busy with work and put 20 lbs back on. Now I am on my way to a new life, down another 80 lbs all ready.

I do between 5 and 10 miles of exercise a day. I have started mixing in running as of January 1 (I use my elliptical on the other days). I track my nutrition and stay within ranges I find optimizing macro nutrients really helps you feel great and lose the weight you may need to lose.

Stuck in Wichita for now. Wishing there where more sexy, single women around my age here. Lot's of married ones, but not many single ones...
