I am a recovering compulsive overeater.. I am learning to turn my will over to god's will which is very hard but I am showing up to try!! I battle with low self-esteem everyday by pushing through it and doing what I know god wants me to do. I have an amazing husband who loves christ and a son who is amazing!! PPPPPPPLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAANNNNNN

My Goals:
I want to lose the obbession of food and weigh 135-140 pounds I want to be able to compete atleast once in a competition in natural figure competition.


I will eat more than clean

I will not eat for fun
8/15 to 9/16 9pounds

9/16 to 10/16???




My Program:
I am doing p90x

My food is 1200-1500 calories per day

I only drink water

no sugar no bread no potatoes chip or candy.

I chew gum made with xilitol from the vitamin shop $2.39 a box!

I will not eat dairy of anykind



Personal Information:
I am from baltimore and I love my city we have great seafood and awesome people. I go to church and I perform alot!





God is really the only thing that works! I cant do this at all but he can!
