Happily married. Love being at home and doing homey things. Have my own cleaning business. Love what I do. My cats are my children.
My husband is my best friend.
I actually have email in my spark mail account from 2009. So I have been around here for awhile. Lately though I have really started to be active on this website. I am actually starting to be able to find things and use them to my advantage.
About three months ago I started to go through the Spark Coaching program. I cannot say enough about how it has gotten me back on track.
Between 2015 and 2016 I lost over 90 pounds. I gained a few pounds back and didn't do anything about it right away. Now I am reactivating and losing those few pounds. What I find interesting is that I am really struggling with the last three pounds or so. Even more interesting is that my measurements with the exception of a couple of areas are almost identical.
I can only attribute that to the fact that I have started exercising every day! Before I was only doing yoga and sometimes Walk Away the pounds. Recently I bought Nicole from Spark Fit, Firm and Fired Up and 28 day Bootcamp. I did seven days of Fit Firm Fired ten minutes a day. To my surprise just like Chris Downie said, it led to more minutes each day. Exercise to me has always been like the plague. Not anymore. It is like breathing now!

It’s about dog-gone time that Friday is here! Happy Friday! I hope it’s not been too ruff a week for you. Time to sit down with your cuppa coffee, tea, or whatever, and get your Happy On. I hope that this week’s dog jokes will make you howl with laughter!

We named our dog Rolex because he’s a watchdog. He just sits there and watches. . .

What did the Dalmatian say as its owner scratched its neck?
    Ahhhh . . . yeaaah, that’s the SPOT!

What happens when you cross a rooster, a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle?
    You get a Cockerpoodledoo.

    What’s a dog’s favorite food?
    Anything that’s on your plate.

Today’s Closing Thought for the Day: Never take your dog to the flea market.

    Enjoy your day! emoticon

Happy Friday! I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. Since it is the holiday weekend, I thought I’d keep the theme going - especially since most of us will be eating leftovers sometime this weekend!

emoticon "Why didn't the cook season the Thanksgiving turkey?" "There was no thyme!"

emoticon "What kind of noise does a limping turkey make?" "Wobble, wobble."

emoticon "Why didn't the pilgrim want to make the bread?" "It's a crummy job."

emoticon Q: Why were the cranberries red?
A: They saw the turkey dressing.

    emoticon "Knock knock!"
    "Who's there?"
    "Tamara."
    "Tamara who?"
"Tamara we'll eat all the leftovers!"

    emoticon "Knock knock!"
    "Who's there?" "
    Arthur."
    "Arthur who?"
    "Arthur any leftovers?"

What’s the difference between in-laws and outlaws?
    Outlaws are wanted.

Thanks for dropping by! Have a wonderful weekend!
