If you really knew me you’d know I strive daily to stay strong. You’d know that I’ve made a decision not to treat my body wrong. If you really knew me you’d know each day I’m in a better place. And that my desire to improve moves at a slow, but steady pace.
If you really knew me, you’d know I’m in a determined state of mind. And I made the decision to leave the unhealthier version of myself behind. If you really knew me, you’d know I’ve ditched all the negativity, Now I keep my mind full of motivational thoughts of positivity. 923 days ago

Each task you complete equals one Star. You can earn up to 3 Stars a day. Barb will post a weekly update along with the Star tasks for the new week. Our Week 1 tasks are: 1. Exercise at least 10 minutes 2. Eat at least 2 freggies 3. Drink at least 1 glass of water (8 OZ) 4. 10 minutes of mindfulness activity 5. 10 minutes of “Me” time 6.
