Merrill's on her way 195 lbs & 87.75 Inches lost since May 07


Hey all. I'm Merrill from Austin, TX. I'm on a weight loss venture like so many other Americans.Just taking it one day at a time.
I love to talk and meet up with others who have the same goals as I do! I've lost 195 pounds since May, with the help of my AWESOME trainer Matt Jackson at 24 Hour Fitness!

My Goals:
My goal is to continue to lose 200 pounds. I have lost 185 pounds since May of 07, and am continuing my quest for my ultimate goal. I'm here to receive tips from the pro's as well as give what I can to those starting out.

My Program:
 I work out with the BEST trainer in Austin. His name is Matt Jackson at 24 Hour Fitness 202.
