My Goals:
Eat at the table to be more aware of what I'm eating.
Maintain my weight loss
Incorporate strength training exercises in my program
My Program:
-Use Shaklee 180 so I can maximize inches loss and pounds loss-at least 1 shake a day
-Drink lots of water- at least 10-12 glasses every day
-Exercise 5-6 times/week with HIIT as part of my walks
-High fiber at least 35 gms/day
