Hi...I'm from Vancouver, B.C. Canada....I've been away for a very longgggg time almost 11 years now and I happened to find S.P. on my computer the other day so thought I would come back and lose some weight since I have gained more now:(.....but being a chocoholic not to sure how it will go....also all links to my websites are broken now and will have to update them..tho my recipes are still on here....

My Goals:
To lose 15 pounds (or more) by November 2020

My Program:
 I average 1-2 pounds a week I don't really count calories..I have a 1200-1500 diet plan and I weigh myself Monday and Thursday.

I can't excercise...my legs and knees really hurt I have Arthritis..and my breathing is pretty bad also I have C.O.P.D....I just try do a lot of walking with my walker...at my own pace..slowly lol !!!..


Personal Information:
I'm from Vancouver, B.C. Canada...I'm divorced for many years..I love to knit and do my website..I have a big website Pattianne's Country Kitchen with hundreds of recipes and Pattianne's Diet Kitchen lowfat calorie carbs diabetic recipes..this includes all of my websites..

I have a Crockpot/slowcooker recipe site with recipes...and information on Crockpot cooking..you can go to my recipe index page URL for Crockpot recipes..

Other Information:
 I have a son divorced 59 years old that I live with...Good thing too he pays the rent lol!!...and a grandson 38 years old...I'm a young "83" years old.....These two photo's of me were taken approx. 10 years ago..
