Thanks to eating VERY Low carb, Moderate protein & High fat, I have lost 25 lbs. No bread, pasta, crackers, rice or potatoes. I’m thinking about losing 10 - 15 more and then I will just be maintaining at that point. Due to 5 work related injuries that started in 2009 and the last one in 2017, cardio, balance and toning is a bit of a challenge for me to do. But, I do what I can throughout the day. Thanks to eating VERY Low carb, Moderate protein & High fat, I have lost 25 lbs. No bread, pasta, crackers, rice or potatoes. I’m thinking about losing 10 - 15 more and then I will just be maintaining at that point. Due to 5 work related injuries that started in 2009 and the last one in 2017, cardio, balance and toning is a bit of a challenge for me to do. But, I do what I can throughout the day. My way of eating doesn’t require exercise but it does add more health benefits. I don’t eat the higher carb veggies. I love salads and steak so I’m always satisfied and never truly hungry anymore. I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day with Swerve and 1/2 & 1/2 or heavy whipping cream as my creamer.
I’ve hit a plateau but I know it’s just temporary. Just like everything else in life.

Drink water w/out gagging .....Accomplished !
November 2014 marks my " I am now able to drink water w/out the Gag Reflex " !!
This took a LONG time. Lol
I now put ACV & Lemon juice in my water.
Lose 10-15 more lbs. , do serious Toning & see if I'll be happy at that point.

Basically it is the KetoDiet
Gentle Yoga Stretches
Walking until my back says “ Sit down and give me a break “. Lol
