Find A Way or Make One...
So I have fallen off the wagon or in this case maybe I fell on the wagon. The food wagon/not working out wagon. This is defiitely a process for me and as I look back over the three years I have been with Sparkpeople I have noticed all the ups and downs I have had. I gain I lose I stand still, but in all of this I have seen one constant thing. I have never given up and I won't I will reach a healthy weight and I will turn some of this extra I have into muscle.
