Over 55 and Recommitting
I finally decided that I need to get healthy. My goal isn't to get back to what I looked like in high school. I want to get healthy, lose weight and have more stamina. My daughter is pushing me to care about what I put into my body and use to clean my house. She is right, it is time for me to serious!

My daughter is pushing me to care about what I put into my body and use to clean my house. She is right, it is time for me to serious!

1 - Lose a 100 pounds - but in reachable segments - shooting for 20 pounds at a time
2 - Maintain my goal weight within 5 pounds
My Program:
1 - Cardio - 5 days a week
2 - Weights/Resistance - 3 times a week
3 - Weigh and measure my food
4 - Track food consumption, water intake and exercise
Personal Information:
Live in Columbus, OH
Work in Beaver, WV
Want to move to Tucson, AZ
