Let's get back to it!
Getting ready to hit another speed limit birthday....55! Clearly I have work to do.
Here's what I need to do:
1) Create affirmations that I can use to motivate me toward embracing my new reality.
2) If I fall, get up don't give up!
3) Except this journey as a new lifestyle, not another diet.
4) Enjoy life and all that it has to offer!

My Goals:
My goal is to learn to live a healthy lifestyle and pass that along to my daughter.
My Program:
I plan to follow the Nutrition Planner and to become more active. I tend to focus more on others than myself, and I am finally realizing that it is sapping my energy for giving.
Personal Information:
I am originally from Grand Island, NY, in between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. I lived in the DC area for 16 years and that is where I met my husband. After an 8 year stay in Northeast PA, we are back in Maryland. After losing my job in 2014, I am trying to adjust to being happy with myself without the career that was such an important part of my life.
