    emoticon Hi. It has been awhile since I posted my "blog" comment. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day! I told myself I would be good and I was but I still overdid it. emoticon I told myself I would not get on the scale for a week. Went back to the super healthy ways and was surprised that I only gained .5 of a pound. That was really good for me! emoticon

    Now I only have one month to stay on track and I will still be 2.5 pounds under my goal weight. I have not been perfect. My marathon training is going slower than I like, but I added stair climbing and have forced myself to the gym (I hate indoor workouts) so I am consistent and shaking up the routine.

    emoticon This time of year can reek havoc on many of us. I am determined to stay positive and focused. I appreciate each one of you and am hear if you need support or a kick in the butt. Stay strong and true to your goals. Make time for yourself. Avoid feeling guilty! emoticon

    thanks for commenting on my blog....i definitely know i am more in tune with my body than i like to think, but there are days where you are so ready mentally to keep going that it can be a tad frustrating when the body can't quite keep up....yay for getting old emoticon

    Well friends time for the "getting serious" routine again! emoticon Sad but true I gained two pounds in the last four weeks. That darn halloween candy, cold temps in the morning, laziness, and just plain stupidity! Alas, I am smart enough to say enough and I am still 3 pounds below my goal weight so I am pushing hard these next few weeks to get those tow pounds off. I am going back to the 28 day boot camp routine.
    Hope you are doing great and staying the "Healthy Lifestyle" course.
    Keep up with me these next few weeks. I know I can do it! emoticon
