Day 22 9/10 180# Haven't weighed in yet.. Maybe Saturday morn, I don't think I lost anything this week...
Day 17 9/5 180# Holiday weekend! Fun in the sun, swimming, swinging in the hammock. :)
Day 15 9/3 180# I think I see some results, I feel less jiggly, and my face is slimmer. I can''t wait to get into the 170s.
Day 13 9/1 181# 2 lbs, I'm so excited, I'm getting closer to wearing those cute suits in my closet.

Day 6 8/25 183# It's a good day. The scale hasn't jumped tremendously, but I don't care, I'm proud of myself for the choices I made this past week. The results will come.
Day 3 8/22 183# I'm feeling good about the decisions I've been making. Not enough exercise yet, but Rome wasn''''t built in a day. One bite at a time.
Day 1 8/20 183# It''s day 1 again... my underwear was too tight this morning, and I can''t go on wearing clothes that are too tight. I love my life, I love me, I love eating. My husband loves my body... but my underpants are too tight!
