Yeah! The scale is not moving anywhere...and it sucks because I'm working out 6 days a week, 30 mins...and also staying at the low end of my calorie range. I just need more protein. Hey chick! I added you to my sparkpage "friends" because you inspire me. You seem very cool (like myself..haha) and very similar to what I'm doing...(bootcamp classes...cardio...same calorie range...weight loss goals).
