ST is strength training. I do mine at the gym with the weight machines but you can also get ST using just your body weight (leg lifts, crunches etc) or with free weights or with bands. I like using the machines at the gym. 2992 days ago

Thank you again for another blog comment. Since I made that post, I have overcome the sense of inevitability. Like you, I am sure it grew from a long history of loss and regain, along with the reports and stats I had been reading.
But I know now, my future with my weight IS UNDER MY CONTROL. It is. I will maintain or regain according to how I behave.
