My Goals:
I lost approximately 40 pounds in 2007 but have gained a lot of that back. I would like to get back to a healthy weight!
My Program:
Tracking nutritional information of everything that I put in my mouth! Additionally, doing at least 3 days of cardio and strength training per week. Also not eating after 10pm.
