I am at a similar place as you, having lost 30 pounds and have naturally plateaued. When I really focus on tracking, I can lose a bit, but I haven't really comitted to do so except when I start to see the weight creep up to bring it back in line. I feel I am now eating well (mostly) and exercising well (mostly); i feel healthy and happy. So I have not really given up on losing those last few pounds, but neither have I committed to doing it. Just happily maintaining for now. I think losing more may require a change in career or home/family commitments, and I am not ready for that right now. It's nice that now I recognize this as my own choice of values, commitments and priorities. Thanks for your comments on my Pi Day blog! 2142 days ago
