Rapid weight Loss for me!


I have found the answer to Rapid weight Loss for me! Increasing my gratitude, decreasing negativity , immediately replacing it with positive action , and taking time daily for brief meditation. It has to brief because the hamster wheel I call my thoughts are constantly in distracting , usually self destructive mode. It's wonderful when the stress is arrested. The physical improvement can follows suit. Look out 2015 , the best really is yet to come! The present " Ain't " to shabby either. ...

Fitness Minutes: 4,180

My Goals:
1.)Take my Thyroid meds. 7 days out of 7
2.)Walk and /or excercise 10mins. a day .
3.)Drink 8 -8 oz. glasses of water a day.
4.) Log on Dly.
5. Start living a phenomenal life regardless of my size!

My Program:
Started eating very Lo Carb meals
Have an accountability partner
Drinking water after my dit sodas

I'm from Austin, Texas, by way of Waco, Texas. I'm the mom of four grown children & 6 Grand Kiddos.( My reward for not running off my Children) Hee-hee.I started Spark People in May 2011 & have received so much support Spark On! Blessings to all.

    During my morning mediation and prayer time, I realized something very important......ATTITUDE. Do I truly have an Attitude of Gratitude? It's time for me to realize that my ATTITUDE toward the life I'm living and the people in it can have a tangible,. measurable and profound effect on what happens to me day by day. If I expect good, then surely good will come to me. If I try to each day to base my attitude and point of view on a spiritual foundation, I know it will change all the circumstances of my life for the better. Through daily communion with God my spirituality will be maintained.

    During this month of November which celebrates THANKSGIVING may you and I remember to have an Attitude of Gratitude.......and may we continue to have it 365 days a year!
