Hello! I am Embi...I have been Sparking for 3 years now...I fully understand the concept of this being a life long journey! It may take me a lifetime to get to my ultimate goal! I am completely co-dependant when it comes to weight loss, and my health...I need a buddy...I need somebody to ask me...what did you do today? What did you eat....? I love to be challenged...

I am going to own this year. My resolution is to invest in myself...my health, my wellbeing...ME...I'm worth it!

My Goals:
MAY

lose 5 lbs

zumba 5 x's a week

s/t 2 sessions a week

water, water, water 8-10


My Program:
I am constantly looking for change...keeping things fun and exciting is key in my health...I get bored easily...and my body gets bored as well...resulting in looooong plateaus....If you have a fun idea or trick..please pass it along!



Personal Information:
By day I do data entry in a warehouse..... I am going to be studying to get my customs broker license starting in July...wish me luck!

I am a mom of two beautiful teenage girls...

I am happily married to a most wonderful man....

We have a retired seeing eye dog. A yellow Lab, named Jet....



Other Information:
The ocean is where I find peace. Sunsets are incredible.....Sunrises are nice too.....Jet is all about the beach, and anytime is good time.....sunset, sunrise, no matter.....

    Great. I'll check in with you daily and see if I can keep you straight along with me. I read this somewhere....Its HARD to diet.
    Its HARD to have a heart attack.
    Pick your HARD.
    So yep it is hard...but its probably the easier of the two hards....remember that when you are craving something, start off with having a glass of water, then have a shower because you can't eat cupcakes in the shower. lol
    My niece lives upstairs in a duplex with stairs on either side of her flat. When she started exercising and watching what she ate, she would open a slab of chocolate and allow herself one square...but then....she took the 10 stairs down the the ground floor and back up again. Only then did she allow herself another square....it just got too annoying and she gave up chocolate. I tried it to see what it felt like, so I had a slice of lemon meringue. I took 1 bite, took long strides around my house from the kitchen door to the front door....I gave up lemon meringue.
    Good luck...or better still....good choices!

    DO IT!!!!! Either way the weight is still there, but you may surprise yourself and you'll be glad you did. It will be less or more, but you need to know so you can make adjustments from that point. I know its scary/annoying/frustrating when you know you haven't been good...but if you keep trying, you'll eventually have a 100% day or closest to it. Heck even 60% will be great. So get on that scale and weigh so you can move on.
