Never give up
I am 36 years old. I have been battling my weight my whole adult life. Just when I think I have a handle on it, I gain my weight back. This has been a terrible cycle with me. I have to lose the weight. I don't want to go the rest of my life wishing I had done this. I look back at the pictures of me from 2014 and wonder how I let myself gain 35 pounds again. 291 is my heaviest and I really want to stay away from 300.
I'm taking another run at it :)

- Stay motivated
- Ride all the roller coasters at Kings Island this summer.
- Be happy with my body in a bathing suit this summer.
My Program:
- Stay within my calorie, fat, carb, and protein limits
- Be more physically active
- Lose weight and inches
Personal Information:
I'm 36 and live in Cincinnati, OH. Would love to be online buddies with anyone who can help keep me motivated and needs a cheerleader :)
Other Information:
I love hiking and swimming. I don't get to do either nearly often enough. I love to eat too much and need to get my eating habits under control.

No matter how slow you're going, you're still lapping everyone on the couch :-) YOU have to MAKE it happen. Progress NOT perfection. There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs.
