    Thank you for your comment on my blog, I appreciate your advice. I do get an hour of cardio a day, 6 days a week, with about 15 mins of light weights after. So I went on line this week and found several calorie needs website that all said that I should be no lower than 1300 and no higher than 1800. They all also suggested staggering in take levels between high and low during the week! But once again thank you for your advice.

    How to get success icons

    1. On your SparkPage
    2. Go to “Edit my SparkPage”
    3. At the lower right hand corner, below where you can add your profile image (if you need some ideas for this let me know) is a link that will allow you if you want to add this image.
    4. It will then give you the option of uploading an image from your photo gallery or you can choose one from our “success” gallery. (I’ve lost 5 pounds with SparkPeople, I’ve reached a goal with SparkPeople etc)
    5. Don’t forget to click on “Save My Changes” and you are done.
