They say throw grass seed before a spring snow is due. Adds nutrients and that cold neede to spur it into action quicker and heartier. I don't know for sure. Out here on the plains we only have prairie grass. I think that grows by wind power! ha!

Noticed we have something in common. I, at age 60++ decided to quit smoking after 50 years and have gained 15 lbs in 7 weeks. I now will be fighting that plus about 35-40 more. Sure could use some suggestions. I am home alone most of the time and get bored so I eat. HELP!! Started Tracker yesterday and moved around on Sparkpeople pages but not really on a special diet, just watching what I eat. 3148 days ago
