Hi! I just saw your post on my page. We are at the same weight, so it looks like we do have the same amount to lose! I noticed you are doing the C25K and 30 Day Shred and Tae Bo. I am also following the Couch to 5K program. I am on Week 5. It's been flooding over here though, so I had to skip last week. I also like doing the 30 Day Shred and Tae Bo. My muscles feel like jello after the workout but it feels great when I am finished!

Nice to meet you! I started out very slowly and just tracked my daily calorie intake. My goal was just to lose a pound a week, and I did through calorie tracking for about a month and then adding fat, carbs, and protein tracking the next month. For a little while at the beginning, I only tracked 4 days a week. I hit a bit of a plateau after two months, though, so I started doing 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. 2 days of strength training, 3 days of cardio. There were a lot more steps after that, but I don't want to overwhelm you. It was a year's worth of just changing things little by little. But, please, feel free to ask me anything!
