Introduction Text My name is Heather...I am 38yrs old and ready to achieve my goals.. I have recently joined a health club..It was a great deal, there offering me a nutritionist, as well as a fitness trainer for only $39 a month. I started on 05/20/06...I haven't exercised in god no's when...I was very proud of myself on the first day..I did 25 mins on the treadmill..Starting slow, but I know, I can get there.. My Inner World Creates My Outer World.... Goodbye excuses!! Lets achieve those weight-loss goals!!!

To lose weight and exercise 10/25/06 - 5 months and I''ve lost 50lbs!!!!! 01/15/07 - 70 lbs Well I am in a rut and I am trying to get out of it! I have lost 65lbs as of 02/06/07 and I need to get back on track. I have made myself a promise of going to the gym 3-4 times a week with no excuses.
