Introduction Text "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us." --Marianne Williamson This is one of most favorite poems because it is true for me. This poem is called " If" written by Rudyard Kipling. I memorized this poem as a freshman in high school and think about it when I am being tested. It brings me strength and comfort. 'God determines who walks into your life....it's up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go.' This quote was e-mailed to me by SherriLou. I love it because it fits perfectly into my life. I am trying to get better at choosing who to put in which category.

My physical goal is to reshape my body. I want a flat tommy and toned arms and legs. My spiritual goal is to fully commit myself to God. "Father into your hands I commit my spirit." Luke 23:46

Right now I do not have a " program" I am just trying to make better choices health wise, spiritually and economically.

I am a TEXAN! Born and raised in the lone star state. I love reading books that inspire, impower and inform me. I highly recommend reading " Same Kind of Different as Me" by Ron Hall and Denver Moore.

I am 32 years old and I am on a quest to reshape my body and improve my life spritually as well as physically.
