    Thanks for the feedback on the heart rate monitor in the message boards! I know my heart rate stayed between 160 and 175 on average throughout most of the workout, with the exception of the cool down. I'm at the point where I don't let the video keep running when I get tired. I pause, catch my breath, let my heartrate go down, and get back on it! Hopefully it's accurate cause a 750 cal workout would be awesome!!! Keep up the good work :)

    thank you for the comment on my blog! I do change up my exercise actually! I have a fitness coach that I meet with once a month and she gives me brand new exercises with different weight amounts. And she gives me three different days worth of exercises! (back and bicep, chest and tricep and legs and abs) I love it! I am toning up, and I know that muscle weighs more. I was just hoping by really watching things that I would start slowly losing. I am ok with where I am at...a change would just be nice. I will go check out the Spark articles, read them a while ago but it never hurts to refresh!
