Introduction Text I am a 32 yr old women with a wonderful husband and 3 amazing children. My goal is to lose weight so I can feel better about myself. My family and friends say I find the good in everybody but myself, I would like for, for a change, to be able to see good in me but I judge myself by my weight and I know that thats not how it should be but I do. This is my beautiful family:That would be me up top,My precious and amazing husband,Christian-he's8-I call him my perfect gentleman,Callie(in the pink dress)shes9-shes an angel and a fireball all in one, Jennifer-at the bottom-13-need I say more-she is so funny but well lets just say she has the teen temper goin on also.

To be fit and beautiful.I wan't to be healthy and teach my children to be healthy so they don't have to go thru what I've went thru due to my weight.



My name is Tia Dykes I live in Millry, Al. I am happily married with 3 wonderful children. My life is anything but normal. My husband had a tree fall on him nearly 2 years ago and paralyzed him from chest down he was only 32 when this happened. So with 3 kids and my husbands injury I'm sure everyone can see why my life is so not normal. But with God's grace I will survive.

My favorite book is called"Face of Faith"its about a lady who had cancer in her face.She went thru so much you wouldnt believe. So it really encouraged me to keep holding on. The Lord will bring me thru this. My fav. movie is Facing the giants.
