Hey all,
Im on here because I've always been overweight, and although I've tried to lose weight in the past I always lose focus, and I've yoyo'd a bit, partially down to being on antidepressants, partly just because I've fallen into bad habits, but mostly I suspect because I just like food, and I have a short attention span and forget I'm trying to make changes lol.
Reading other peoples stories and hearing what they're doing really helps me keep the focus I need.
I love hillwalking and cycling, and live in the Peak district which is amazing because there are so many beautiful places to see.

Fitness Minutes: 899

My Goals:
Stop grazing when im at home with nothing to do

Keep active by working out while watching films eg step workout and weights

Get down to a healthy weight

Gain the stamina I need to enjoy the outdoor persuits I love like rock climbing and mountain biking





My Program:
From today 28/03/13 I am on a 60day insanity workout and diet (sort of)...im not following the recipes, but trying to keep to 5 small meals a day with 40/40/20 ratio of carbs/protein/fat.
According to the crazy algebra my calorie intake for the day to remain my weight is 655+(4.35x174lb)+(4.7x66inches)-(4.7x25yea
rs)... 655+756.9+310.2-117.5=

1604.6

As I have a physical job and am working out, my exercise factor is very active. So I need to x1.7 as my needed calories

2727.82 this seems like a hell of a lot of calories!

so im on a 2227.82 cal a day diet?!

I'm going to stick to 1600 roughly and see how I go, increasing it if I feel really hungry :)


According to Becky Hand (some scientist lady) you should eat at a 3 or 4 and stop before 7.

    I only track my heart rate for informative purposes, I don't really try to get it to any particular rate. My point is, people have different rates at which they're comfortable, so do whatever you are comfortable.
