I joined spark in july of 2007, In hopes of losing the weight that i had put on during and after my first pregnancy. I used to be about 128 lbs before my pregnancy. I had gained 50 lbs as of 2007.I didnt really begin my weight loss journey until about December of 2007. I lost about 20 lbs or so in a period of about 3 months. I was at about 153 lbs when i lost motivation and gained all of that back.So my goal is to get to at least 153 lbs which i happened to make it to before. But ultimately i would like to reach 130 lbs, which i think would be a decent weight for my 5'4" height.

As of May of 2009 after begining a new diet and workout plan i found out i was expecting baby #2. So my weight loss goals are put on the back burner untill about march or april of 2010 so that i can establish my milk supply for baby.

April 2010- Going to try at this again.

January 2011- Starting out Fresh my goal for this year is to get to 145 lbs by Aug.
April 4, 2011, starting to do zumba on wii.
Aug 17, 2011, 3 days into my Turbo fire Prep, so far so good on motivation need to break alot of my lazy habits one at a time. Really hoping to stick to this for once.
December 2012- OMG fell off the wagon gained 10-15 lbs. Finally started my exercise bike 30 mins 4 X a week.
Sept 10 2014, Lets just say at this point I have fallen off the workout wagon on too many occasions. Turbo fire was great. But I decided to start again this time taking it easy with Piyo. I am in day 8 of the program and it kicks my butt but i'm really liking it. I can feel the difference , using muscles that I don't usually. My goal is to get through month one of the program, if I get 'er done than start month 2. No really weight loss goals for this program, just trying to stay consistent with working out.
