EVER-HOPEFUL 8 lbs is great.keep up the weight loss don`t don`t worry when it starts to slow down the best weight loss is 1-2lbs a week anyway.what`s your biggest downfall?mine is the clean plate syndrome,that and the kids left overs as i was brought up not to throw food away or waste it.but as i now know that i am trying to work on it.i.e.smaller plaete.saving the kids food in the fridge incase one of them gets hungry and occassionally throwing it away(my mother will be turning in her grave at me doing that.)it doesn`t work all the time ,i still forget occassionally.but sometimes it does work so it`s a start.keep on smiling. 4429 days ago
