NEVER thought I'd say this!!!


(Feb '13) Round 1 - Phase over... 28.5 pounds in 42 days!!!!!!! Held the weight during the entire maintenance phase and started Round 2 at the EXACT same weight!

(May '13) Round 2 - Phase 1 over... another 14.5 pounds in 23 days. I've lost a total of 43 pounds and 56 3/8 inches in just over 4 months.

Not gloating... just Soo excited!
I'm no longer addicted to sugar. I have more energy. I've rid myself of the bad habit of grabbing the quick and easy processed ...
